Manufacture

Depending upon the wishes of the client, suitable kinds of wood are ordered from our carefully chosen suppliers.
More unusual wood species are ordered when specifically asked for. This way, we try to avoid pile-ups and respect nature by only purchasing wood that will actually be used.

With the utmost precision, all materials are sawn up after making a detail drawing and a specification list.

By using high-tech computerised machinery, our workers are able to combine safety and precision.
The most beautiful finishing details are achieved at this milling machine. Through the years, our experienced wood workers have collected an impressive collection of milling cutters (and moulds) and regularly new cutters are made for special projects. This way our possibilities are almost endless.
But often the real finishing touches can only be done by hand. This is where our skilled craftsmen come in.

All pieces are put together in order to be minutely finished.

 
After all is approved, everything will be disassembled en (if necessary) treated in a spray booth (cabin).

Now it is ready to be assembled again…

And it is on its way to another satisfied customer.
